Terms and Conditions of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before accessing or using YD Client, YD Supervisor, YD Worker, or YD Transporter mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Applications" or "Services"), operated and maintained by Yassir Distribution ("us", "we", "our").

By installing, accessing, or using any of the Applications, you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of and uninstall the Applications.

1. Scope & Ecosystem Affiliation

1.1 Yassir Distribution Ecosystem
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that YD Client, YD Supervisor, YD Worker, and YD Transporter function as integrated operational modules within and as part of the broader Yassir Distribution system.

1.2 Upstream Integration & Protocols
Certain workflows—including but not limited to order routing, supervisor dispatches, inventory management, worker task handling, transport execution, transaction validation, and partner synchronization—rely directly on the Yassir Distribution network architecture and infrastructure. Your use of any of the Applications constitutes your agreement to comply with all applicable operational rules, system protocols, and service standards established across the Yassir Distribution system.

2. Hardware Permissions & Device Usage

2.1 Camera Access & QR Code Scanning
To support core operational functionality, the Applications may require access to your mobile device's camera. This permission is utilized strictly for real-time optical scanning, including:
- Verification and validation of Quick Response (QR) codes across dispatch, transport, and client handoffs.
- Receipt confirmation and state updates within the distribution workflow.
- Package, order, task, or inventory verification.

2.2 Privacy of Optical Data
Camera access is triggered solely upon explicit user action or direct operational requirements within the Applications. We do not perform background visual recording, facial recognition, or unauthorized biometric processing through the camera interface.

3. Data Collection & Document Exemption

3.1 Exemption from Formal Identity Documents
The Applications do not collect, request, store, or process government-issued identification documents, passports, driver's licenses, or personal legal papers directly within the app interface.

3.2 Account Authorization
User identity and system authorization are managed strictly through standard digital authentication credentials or pre-authenticated session tokens issued via the Yassir Distribution network ecosystem.

3.3 Offline Caching & Synchronization
To maintain operational continuity during temporary network outages, the Applications may store transient transaction logs, task statuses, and verification state markers locally on your device. These cached files contain no sensitive personal records and are automatically synchronized and purged upon re-establishing a secure connection to our servers.

4. User Eligibility & Account Security
- Eligibility: By accessing the Applications, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity, authority, and necessary operational permissions to enter into this agreement and execute tasks within the Yassir Distribution framework.
- Credential Safeguarding: You are solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your session or account.
- Unauthorized Access: You agree to immediately notify us upon discovering any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

5. License & Acceptable Use

5.1 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Applications strictly for their intended operational purpose within the Yassir Distribution network.

5.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of any of the Applications or associated network APIs.
- Bypass, spoof, or manipulate QR code verification protocols, state flags, or network tokens.
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or automated scripts designed to disrupt network functionality.
- Use the Applications outside of their authorized operational scope within the Yassir Distribution system.

6. Connectivity & System Maintenance

6.1 Network Dependability
The Services require active internet connectivity to communicate with backend servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining active cellular data or wireless service, as well as any associated data charges from your mobile network carrier.

6.2 Service Updates & Modifications
Because the Applications operate in conjunction with the Yassir Distribution infrastructure, periodic mandatory software updates may be required. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update any Application or its underlying feature set at any time to ensure system integrity, security, or network compatibility.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Applications—including software code, graphical user interfaces, trademarks, logos, branding, design assets, and underlying architecture—remain the exclusive property of Yassir Distribution and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property associated with the Applications or the Yassir Distribution system.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YASSIR DISTRIBUTION, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR SYSTEM PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR WORK STOPPAGE—ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATIONS OR THE YASSIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Applications, without prior notice or liability, in the event of:
1. Any breach of these Terms or misuse of system permissions.
2. Unilateral revocation of your operational access permissions within the Yassir Distribution network ecosystem.
3. System decommissioning or security-related interventions.
Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall instantly cease, and you must delete all copies of the Applications from your mobile device.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Applications shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Algiers, Algeria.

12. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes within the distribution framework. Updated versions will be published within the Applications or through official distribution channels. Your continued use of any Application following the posting of updated Terms confirms your acceptance of the revisions.
